1. Payment methods

Payments on ACK Webshop are processed exclusively online, using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through a certified and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

We do not store card data on our servers. All card information is handled directly by the payment processor.

2. Currency and pricing

All prices are stated in BAM (convertible mark) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The amount charged to your card is the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Transaction confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation is displayed on screen. The top-up or voucher is delivered instantly to the number or account you provided.

If a transaction fails but your card was charged, please contact us within 48 hours at webshop@ackrila.com.

4. Refund policy

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of electronic top-ups and vouchers, completed orders are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions apply if the top-up or voucher was not delivered due to a technical error on our end. In that case, we will issue a refund or repeat the transaction free of charge.

5. Security

All transactions are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We apply standard anti-fraud measures and monitor all payments for suspicious activity.
