These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ACK Webshop service operated by Aero Centar Krila d.o.o., Dunavska 1c, Banja Luka 78000, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Service description

ACK Webshop is an online platform that mediates the purchase of electronic mobile top-ups (BH Telecom, HT Eronet, Haloo) and electronic vouchers (xBon, Kliker, Mozzart, Meridian, PlayStation, BinBin and others).

The service is available 24/7, subject to technical maintenance windows.

3. User account

Purchases may be made without registration. If you choose to register, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Aero Centar Krila d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in BAM (convertible mark) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online by credit or debit card through a certified payment gateway.

Completed transactions are considered final. For queries regarding charges, please contact us at webshop@ackrila.com.

5. Delivery

Electronic top-ups and vouchers are delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation, to the mobile number or account specified in the order.

6. Liability

Aero Centar Krila d.o.o. is not liable for incorrect data entered by the user (e.g. wrong phone number), delays caused by third-party operators, or service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Banja Luka.
